The owner of King Faisal Football Club, Alhaji Karim Grusah has revealed that he will gladly accept a new bus from Manhyia even though his club has been gifted one by vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
The Kumasi-based club has in the past year written to Manhyia, the seat of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II requesting help to acquire a new bus.
While feedback from Manhyia had delayed, Alhaji Grusah and his club run to Ghana’s vice-president for help.
Thankfully, Dr. Bawumia has purchased a 39-seater capacity bus for King Faisal that will soon be delivered to the club.
“It is true, I have received a bus from the Vice president Alhaji Bawumia. We have received a 39-seater VVIP bus from him.
“We went to show him the bus and agreed to get it for us. The bus was registered in 2017,” Alhaji Grusah has told Happy FM in an interview on Friday morning.
Subsequently this afternoon, the King Faisal bankroller has indicated in an interview with Ashh FM that his team will happily welcome a second bus from Manhyia.
“If Manhyia could get us another one we will be much appreciated and gladly accept it,” Alhaji Grusah said.
