Validity of FCRA registered NGOs extended till September 30


New Delhi: The Union house ministry on Wednesday prolonged until September 30 the validity of all FCRA registered NGOs whose licences are going to run out on the finish of this month and the ones whose packages are pending for approval. In a notification, the house ministry stated the verdict has been taken in public hobby.

In step with the house ministry, the validity of the registration certificate of such entities whose validity used to be prolonged until June 30 and whose renewal software is pending will stand prolonged until September 30, 2022 or until the date of disposal of renewal software, whichever is previous.

“The validity of the ones FCRA entities whose 5 years validity duration is expiring all the way through July 1 to September 30 and that have carried out or observe for renewal earlier than expiry of five years validity duration will stand prolonged as much as September 30 or until the date of disposal of renewal software, whichever is previous,” it stated.
