Striker Ropapa Mensah continued his fine form in the USL Championship on Saturday night as he scored his fourth goal of the campaign to help his Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC to record a big away at the Red Bull Arena.
The Ghanaian international is seeing his hard work pay off this season and so far remains one of the key players at his club.
Having been handed a starting role for Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC yesterday, Ropapa Mensah put up another impressive performance.
Just before the two teams went into the break, Ropapa Mensah latched onto a through ball from Raymond Lee.
Being chased closely by a defender, the striker stayed composed and dinked his effort well over the approaching goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
In the second half, an own goal from Preston Kilwien plus an equalizer from Robbie Mertz completed a 3-0 win for Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC as they run away with all the available 3 points.
Ropapa Mensah, 23, now has 4 goals and 2 assists in the ongoing 2020 USL Championship season.
